How to Work with Companies Who Have Supplier Diversity Programs
With Jarrod Sheets of Wells Fargo and Dave Pendroy of Principal

This program will shed light on the process of landing business with a company that has a Supplier Diversity program, which is a proactive business program encouraging the use of minority-owned and historically underutilized businesses. Two guest speakers will discuss their programs.

We welcome Jarrod Sheets to discuss the program at Wells Fargo & Company. Jarrod is a business initiatives consultant on the Program and Strategic Outreach team for Supplier Diversity at Wells Fargo. His responsibilities include partnering with supplier development organizations and non-profits supporting diverse supplier inclusion and leading signature supplier diversity engagements.

Also joining the discussion will be Dave Pendroy with Principal Financial Group. Dave is Senior Sourcing Consultant at Principal. He leads the Corporate Supplier Diversity Program and acts as the primary contact to several diversity chambers and certifying organizations. He is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable on Supplier Diversity supplier development and industry benchmark team.
