Loraine Hardin is an Implementer with EOS Worldwide, a consulting company that helps businesses operate efficiently.

Please tell us about your background.

I grew up in Webster City, and I’m the daughter of an entrepreneur. I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Iowa. I have held various leadership positions at Principal, Wells Fargo, Freedom Mortgage and Lincoln Savings Bank including head of strategy, chief operating officer of the health division, head of retail operations, executive vice president of mortgage and government guaranteed lending. I am a 100% owner of Hardin & Associates and a franchisee of EOS Worldwide. I have a strong sense of community and have served on many non-profit boards in the last several years.

Please tell us about your business.

As an EOS Implementer, I help business owners get what they want from their business. EOS is made up of six key components (Vision, People, Data, Process, Issues and Traction). I teach, facilitate and coach the leadership team to become strong in all six components. The leadership team then develops a clear vision of where they are headed and how they will get there.
