Please tell us about your background.
I grew up in Webster City, Iowa and went to the University of Iowa where I earned a degree in Finance.
 
Please tell us about your business.
As an EOS Implementer, I help business owners and their leadership teams clarify and simplify their vision, I am the accountability partner to help them execute on their vision and strategies and I work with them to become a healthy team. Through the process they learn a new way of running their business which allows them to achieve their goals and live a life where they can pursue other passions.
 
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I love seeing my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Over a period of about 2 years, things come together for them and they are able to live the EOS life: 1) Doing what they love 2) With people they love 3) Making a difference in the world 4) Being adequately compensated and 5) Having time to pursue other passions.
 
Why did you join NAWBO Iowa and what do you appreciate about it?
I joined NAWBO about 7 years ago when I first started my business. I was looking for a group who could understand my challenges and celebrate my successes. It has been great for that. In addition I have made some strong friendships! I appreciate being able to share with other women who know what it is like to own a business.
 
What does NAWBO mean to you?
NAWBO is a community of strong business women who do incredible things every day!
 
What are you most looking forward to in 2025 and beyond?
In 2025, I am looking forward to continuing to serve my clients with a focus on growing my business. I am also super excited to see and use the great advancements AI will bring to businesses.
