Carol Lunde is a Realtor at Keller Williams of Greater Des Moines and serves as NAWBO Iowa’s Director of Communications. She is a familiar face at NAWBO Iowa events and is highly engaged in the organization’s activities.

Please tell us about your business.
I’ve been a Realtor for nine years, and I really love what I do. Helping people find their best new home and guiding them through the buying or selling process is very rewarding.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I get to meet so many wonderful people. Being part of such an important moment in their lives and helping them find a home that’s just right is what makes it meaningful for me.

Why did you join NAWBO Iowa and what do you appreciate about it?
I enjoy meeting new people, and NAWBO Iowa has been a great place to connect with women who are serious about their businesses. I joined the board as a way to get to know more members and contribute to the group.

What does NAWBO Iowa mean to you?
NAWBO Iowa is a space where women can invest in themselves and their businesses. If you put in the time, you can gain so much, whether that’s learning from other members, building your network, or supporting one another.

What are you most looking forward to in 2026 and beyond?
I’m excited for a great year ahead, I’m currently helping three families sell and buy their homes. I’m also looking forward to continuing to grow my business and being active in NAWBO Iowa, attending events and connecting with other members.
